EBYS

An electronic document management system for all institutional correspondence, with e-signature support and archiving to standard.

Incoming and outgoing documents, internal correspondence, and approval flows all run in one system. E-signature and mobile signature remove the need for wet-ink approval, documents are archived to standard, and every action is logged for audit.

Chamber Documents System

Rosters are built to your organisation's rules, with leave, overtime, and absence records kept in the same system. Planned and actual hours can be compared, and the data payroll depends on is collected without manual error.
